The first of its kind - weightlifting shorts, have an even load distribution and are handmade in the Czech Republic from a double layer of European materials to achieve maximum durability.  The size is as small as possible, so it fits perfectly on the body during running and other fitness exercises.

Two straps with wide Velcro ensure high adhesion and adaptability to the body. The size and shape of the shorts is universal and suitable for all body types. It is used to increase efficiency in any sport, training and physical activity.

Weight:

The weight of the weight shorts is freely adjustable. You can change the weight as desired from 0.5 kilograms to 8 kg. Weights are included in the package.

Unlimited use of shorts for any type of training: hockey (on and off ice), football, floorball, basketball, American football, rugby, martial arts, athletics, bodyweight exercises, workouts, calisthenics, TRX, strength and conditioning training.
