Glasses suitable for wearing 1.5 - 2 hours before sleep to block blue and green light and optimizing circadian rhythm. They can block up to 100% of harmful blue and green light. They block the spectrum with a wavelength of 390 to 565 nm.

The glasses excel in completely hermetic light coverage around their entire perimeter. 

The glasses are packaged in a plastic bag and cardboard box to prevent any damage during transportation.
