Chicken pieces in peanut sauce
Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken breast cut into strips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- A pinch of chili
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried onion
- 1 onion
- 1/3 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons peanut powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- 200 ml coconut milk
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces, salt, coconut aminos, chili, dried garlic with onion, and ginger. In a pan, fry the finely chopped onion in coconut oil and after a while add the chicken pieces. Once the chicken is cooked, add the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes, covered. Finally, add peanut cream, which is made by mixing peanut powder with water. Let the sauce simmer for a while, season to taste and serve with rice or rice noodles.

Ingredients:
- 6 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons peanut powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 bar of dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Procedure:
Wash, clean and cut the broccoli and potatoes into smaller pieces. We put them in a pot and pour in the broth. Add pepper, dried garlic with onion and a little salt depending on the saltiness of the broth. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
