Homemade coconut whipped cream
Ingredients:

200 g coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons coconut or maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
Procedure:
Put the ingredients in a bowl and whip for about 5 minutes like classic cream.

Coconut-banana ice cream
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 ml of any milk
Procedure:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 3-5 minutes until a creamy ice cream mixture is formed. You can decorate the ice cream with cocoa beans or coconut chips.

Broccoli soup
Ingredients:
- 1 broccoli
- 1 potato
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried onion
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream
Procedure:
Wash, clean and cut the broccoli and potatoes into smaller pieces. We put them in a pot and pour in the broth. Add pepper, dried garlic with onion and a little salt depending on the saltiness of the broth. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Then blend the soup into a smooth cream, add the coconut cream, blend again and it's done.

Dough:
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup erythritol
30 g melted butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Cream:
200 g cottage cheese
1 tablespoon coconut cream
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
2 tablespoons grated coconut
Preparation instructions:
Dough: Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and pour it into muffin tins. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes and let cool.
Cream: Mix the cottage cheese with coconut sugar and melted coconut cream. Cut the cooled muffins open, hollow out the inside slightly and fill with cream. Cover with the top part of the muffin, spread with cream and then decorate with the hollowed out rest of the body. The procedure is similar to that of mole cake.
TIP: You can decorate the top of the muffins with fresh or freeze-dried fruit.
