Nordbo Järn & C contains iron in the form of ferrous bisglycinate, where the iron is chelated to the amino acid glycine. Thanks to this, it has high bioavailability and is gentle on the digestive tract. The properties of iron are related to the activity of red blood cells, oxygenation, and the prevention of fatigue and exhaustion. The vitamin C contained in the supplement is in the form of calcium ascorbate, which has low acidity, so it is gentle on the digestive tract, just like the iron contained.
