Shaping instructions:

1) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal), place the protector in the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 2) Remove the protector with a spoon and place the protector in a second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second. 3) Place the mouthguard in your mouth and bite down hard. Massage your lips and cheeks with your hand to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the protector. 6) Remove from mouth, the mouthguard should fit snugly on teeth, not falling out. If it doesn't hold properly, repeat the process. Illustrated instructions inside.
