Fitting Instructions

1) Pour boiling water (100 °C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal) and submerge the guard for 20 seconds. 2) Remove with a spoon and dip in cold water for 1 second. 3) Place in your mouth, bite down firmly and massage lips and cheeks for 30 seconds. 4) Rinse with cold water. The guard should fit snugly — if not, repeat the process.
