Fitting Instructions

1) Place the guard in the black fitting cradle. 2) Pour boiling water (100 °C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal) and submerge the guard for exactly 25 seconds. 3) Remove and gently shake off excess water. 4) Place in the white fitting cradle, then into your mouth and bite down firmly for 20 seconds, then relax and leave for another 30 seconds. 5) Remove and place in cold water for 30 seconds. The guard should fit snugly — if not, repeat the process.
