How does red light therapy work?

Blight panels use a combination of red and infrared light proven by numerous studies and extensive clinical practice. They emit energy that penetrates directly into the skin and deeper tissues, where it maximizes cellular energy (ATP), which has a decisive influence on the health and condition of cells. And because cellular health is the foundation of our health, it should be in the sights of everyone who wants to maintain their health and vitality into old age.

How can light help with pain and inflammation?

Light therapy stimulates internal endorphin and cannabinoid systems ⁽³⁾, which have a direct impact on our perception of pain. By stimulating them properly, the body secretes its own opiates, which provide pain relief. Additionally, the radiated energy changes ordinary water (H₂O) throughout the body into the 4^th state of water H₃O₂ - EZ water. This water has a lower viscosity and can therefore flow more quickly (in the form of water, blood and other body fluids) through our lymphatic system, delivering necessary nutrients and removing unwanted toxins. How is the panel used?

There is beauty in simplicity. The panel was mine 2 robust buttons namely RED and INFRARED. RED turns on red and INFRARED light. Use the panel ideally in the morning and we recommend using both light components at the same time. The light pulse will be so involuntary calibrate your circadian rhythm and stops residual melatonin production. This will ensure increased morning energy and thus mood improvement. If you don't make it in the morning, nothing happens, the panel you can use it at any time of the day, for example after sports performance. However, if you want to perform the therapy less than 3 hours before bedtime (for example, after an afternoon workout), we recommend always using protective glasses to prevent bright light from disrupting your circadian rhythm. Repeat the therapy at least 3 times a week (ideally once a day) at a distance of 15 - 90 cm from source to time 5 - 15 minutes. For the 1500 PRO panel, we recommend starting with a shorter interval (5 minutes for the entire front body + 5 minutes for the entire back body) and if necessary, gradually extend the duration of therapy. If used more than once a day, sessions should be spaced apart at least 6 hours apart. Wear protective glasses during therapy.
