Vegan Life Multi contains the most important minerals and vitamins that may be missing in a vegan or vegetarian diet. Important minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, chromium in organically bound and therefore easily absorbable forms, B vitamins - inositol, D-biotin, methylcobalamin (bioactive coenzyme of vitamin B12), calcium D-pantothenate, beta-carotene and folic acid in the form of bioactive folate (Quatrefolic ^® ; calcium 5-methylfolate) - the body does not have to convert it and uses it directly. Vegan Life Multi also contains selenomethionine, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 in the biologically active form of menaquinone-7. Ginseng extract enriches Vegan Multi Life with an adaptogenic ingredient that helps the body cope with high stress. Switching to a vegan diet can cause fatigue and loss of concentration, ginseng has properties related to these areas.
