Selected coffee beans in organic quality. The medium-dense body has a more creamy texture, a pleasant aftertaste, in which you can feel the typical earthiness that is typical of organic coffees. After cooling, a pleasant acidity stands out, more like sweet citrus. The coffee has an intense aroma of hazelnuts and dark chocolate, which is then reflected in the taste along with cocoa. The coffee is hand-picked, which means that the coffee plant itself is treated with care. Thanks to manual harvesting, immature beans are eliminated during the harvest, thus contributing to the resulting coffee quality.
Arabica coffee has a finer body, a sweeter and more varied taste, and is characterized by higher acidity. In addition, it requires a cooler climate, which optimally ranges between 17-25 °C. At the same time, it is not favored by fluctuating temperatures and requires higher humidity.
How to prepare coffee?
For the taste of freshly ground coffee, grind the amount of beans needed for immediate use. Depending on the coarseness of the grind, this coffee is suitable for preparing espresso or filter coffee.
