Selected coffee beans in organic quality. The aroma has delicate citrus, a bit of cocoa, and an interesting combination of spices. This is more intense in taste, combined with a gentle acidity at the beginning, and then complemented by a pleasant aftertaste of sweeter milk chocolate. Peru, like Brazil, is synonymous with quality coffee, and specifically in the Cajamarca region, where this coffee comes from, it is a way to ensure the livelihood of small farmers. The plantations and climatic conditions at higher altitudes in northern Peru are conducive to coffee. That's why we can enjoy delicious coffee with a taste of dark chocolate and smell the aroma of flowers. The coffee is sorted by hand and is of the highest quality class Gr. 1 the best grains without any additives are selected.
