Reishi, Ganoderma lucidum, or the "mushroom of immortality" contains a lot of vitamins, minerals and a large amount of polysaccharides, beta glucans, ganoderans, triterpenes, which also include ganoderic acid and lanostanes.

Cordyceps militaris (red caterpillar) is often associated with harmonizing the body and replenishing energy in Chinese medicine, making it a relatively popular supplement across various branches of athletics. Similar to reishi, it contains a number of polysaccharides, adenosines, nucleosides, vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Why this coffee?
The mixture differs primarily in its high content of mushroom components, which is up to twice as much as other products. Thanks to this , 1-2 cups a day are enough to achieve the reference daily intake of vital mushrooms. In addition to extracts, which are focused primarily on polysaccharide content, we also use mushroom powders, which contain a larger amount of substances typical of mushrooms. The mushroom powders and extracts used are of organic quality and are tested for more than 500 types of known heavy metals, pesticides and microorganisms dangerous to humans. The extracts contain a minimum of 30% polysaccharides.
The coffee for this blend comes from the mountains of western Guatemala, from a local growing community. Local farmers grow other crops in addition to coffee, thereby supporting the preservation of biodiversity and the protection of local ecosystems. The coffee comes from an altitude of 1400-2000 meters above sea level, is processed using the washed method and has characteristics of apple, milk chocolate and nuts.
How to prepare coffee?
The mixture is made exclusively from ground coffee and we recommend preparing it in a French press. Ideally, in a ratio of approximately 14 ml of water per 1 g of mixture. The water temperature should not exceed 95°. We recommend drinking 1 to 2 cups of this coffee per day.
