Hericium, known in Czech as Lion's Mane, is a vital mushroom , which has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine for a variety of health problems. The mushroom is processed using the hot water extraction method , thanks to which it retains a wide range of bioactive substances .

If we want to get the best out of vital mushrooms, it needs to be processed in a way that disrupts the chitinous shell of the mushroom. As humans, we do not have an enzyme that could disrupt this coating. Therefore, extraction is the best way to process vital mushrooms. Thanks to this, they retain a large amount of polysaccharides and all bioactive substances. Because while the vital mushroom powder itself contains around 0.3% polysaccharides, BrainMax vital mushroom extracts have 30% or 50% .

Dosage
Take 1-3 capsules daily. 1 capsule contains 0.5 g of mushroom extract . Capsule take on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before meals or 60 minutes after meals).
