Product detailed description
Four pillars of immunity
This dietary supplement combines a high dose of vitamin C (900 mg per capsule) with quercetin, organic rosehip and citrus bioflavonoids with a high hesperidin content. This synergistic combination promotes the absorption and bioavailability of vitamin C, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, protects cells from oxidative stress, and reduces fatigue and exhaustion. Quercetin is a powerful flavonoid, while rosehip is a natural source of other phytonutrients and vitamins that naturally support the body's defenses.

Where is vitamin C found?
Vitamin C is found in citrus fruits, rose hips, red peppers, broccoli, and blackcurrants. However, the body cannot produce it on its own, so it is important to replenish it regularly. Do you think you get enough vitamin C on a regular basis? The EU recommends a daily intake of approximately 80 mg of vitamin C for adults, but be careful—during times of stress, when exercising, or when you are not feeling your best, your vitamin C intake should be increased.
How much food would we have to eat to get 900 mg of vitamin C?
To give you an idea, 900 mg of vitamin C (the amount in one capsule of BrainMax Vitamin C + Quercetin) is equivalent to approximately:
- 14 lemons
- 3½ red peppers
- 1.1 kg of broccoli
- 1.8 kg of oranges
- 1 handful of dried rose hips
Natural vitamin C from rose hips
We pay extra attention to the synergy of the individual ingredients in the product. Rose hips are a natural source of vitamin C and other phytonutrients. They are a powerful antioxidant and also have an effect on mental health, relaxation, and overall well-being. It contributes to the normal functioning of not only the bladder and kidneys, but also digestion and the natural defenses and immune system. Together with ascorbic acid, it creates a full-spectrum form of vitamin C.
What other products to use
Zinc – together with vitamin C, it forms a duo that is found in every textbook model of the immune system.
Collagen – vitamin C is essential for its production. If you are concerned about your skin, joints, or hair, your body cannot produce collagen without vitamin C.
Adaptogens – stress worsens the immune response. If you feel like you are running on empty, combine this dietary supplement with adaptogens such as Ashwagandha or Rhodiola.
Multivitamins – comprehensive nutrition is essential. Vitamin C may be king, but without the other “players” in the body, it has no one to play with to win the game.
