Shaping instructions:

1) Insert the protector into the black molding sleeve. 2) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal) and place the protector in the bowl for exactly 25 seconds. 3) Using a spoon, remove the protector from the bowl and gently shake off any remaining water. 4) Place the mouthguard into the white shaping sleeve, then into your mouth and bite down hard for 20 seconds. Then release the firm grip and leave the mouthguard in your mouth for another 30 seconds. 5) Remove from mouth and place in a bowl of cool water for 30 seconds. 7) The mouthguard should fit snugly on the teeth and not fall out.
