Nordbo Instant Magnesium contains magnesium bisglycinate = an organic (chelate) bond of a highly bioavailable form of magnesium. Magnesium bisglycinate contains magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, which is organic and very important for the body - it helps overall regeneration.
