A single-ingredient product made from cacao beans grown at the Hacienda Limón estate in Ecuador, where local farmers follow sustainable, traditional harvesting and processing methods. The result is a cacao with deep earthy flavour, subtle floral essence and a natural complexity that ordinary cocoa powder simply cannot match.

The journey from bean to powder honours ancestral wisdom: light roasting to preserve natural properties, two days of stone grinding for the right texture, and two months of ageing for full flavour development. This ensures the cacao retains its naturally high content of cacao fats, theobromine (1,300 mg/100 g) and flavonoids (3,000 mg/100 g) – compounds that make it a true superfood.
