Product detailed description
Choline compound
Alpha GPC, or alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine, is a choline compound found in the brain. It is a fatty acid found in a few plants such as sunflowers or in smaller amounts in some animal products, including fish and meat. The added uridine is part of phospholipids, which are important for the structure and function of neuronal membranes. Uridine may also support the formation of synapses (the places where signals are transmitted between neurons), which may contribute to better cognitive function and brain health.

Magnesium malate
Magnesium malate is a combination of malic acid and magnesium. It is thanks to malic acid that this form of magnesium supports the production of cellular energy (ATP, the last phase of the Krebs cycle). When these two ingredients are combined, they help improve the efficiency of energy metabolism in the body. Magnesium itself is essential for learning and memory. It affects the transmission of nerve signals by regulating the release of neurotransmitters, which are chemicals that nerve cells use to communicate. These neurotransmitters play a key role in a number of brain functions, including regulating mood, alertness, and concentration.
