Grass-fed beef gelatin is colorless, tasteless, and odorless. It is rich in three amino acids: glycine, proline and hydroxyproline, which are essential for bone, joint, skin and gut health. BrainMax beef gelatin has earned Grass-fed certification, which guarantees that the cattle were free-range whenever possible, the animals have room to move, and are not fed compound feeds. All of this is subsequently reflected in the quality of the gelatin itself.

Does not contain no binders, fillers and additives, gluten and traces of milk or other allergens. You can use it to make desserts, jams, candies, thicken sauces or soups, or just add it to tea or coffee.

Why choose high-quality grass-fed beef gelatin?

Gelatin is considered a pure protein, as it contains almost no fat, fiber, sugar, or carbohydrates. It is composed of approximately 85% protein. The primary reason gelatin is consumed is for the amino acids it contains. Amino acids are the "building blocks" of proteins, and gelatin contains several of them in relatively high amounts.

comparison gelatin collagen3

Difference between collagen and gelatin

Collagen and gelatin are quite similar. Both ingredients contain the amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline, which contribute to the health of bones, joints, skin elasticity and the intestinal lining, which lines our intestines from the inside and forms a barrier through which, ideally, only nutrients and vitamins can pass. The main difference is in the ways they are used. Unlike collagen, gelatin dissolves in hot liquids, but in cold liquids or after cooling gels or thickens. When heated, it changes its structure and can therefore be used in a variety of dishes. You can use it, for example, to prepare various fruit jellies, sweets, cakes, gummy candies, marmalades, thicken sauces or soups, or you can just add it to coffee or tea.

ketogenic diet2

High protein content without carbohydrates - suitable for keto diet

Grass-fed beef gelatin is great for keto and paleo diets. The large amount of collagen, which supports joint health and skin elasticity, will be appreciated not only by fans of these two diets. Plus, it's low in carbohydrates, making it ideal for a keto diet. Grass-fed beef gelatin can also support the digestive system and is a natural source of protein. The grass-fed label is associated with high quality animal feed, which is in line with the paleo philosophy.
