BrainMax Testament - 10 substances as 10 commandments for optimization  and progesterone

The substances contained in Testament increase the level of and reduce estrogen dominance (zinc ¹, ashwaganda ²). While in women they stimulate progesterone levels (maca ³, i3c), thereby reducing estrogen dominance and maintaining hormonal balance. Current legislation does not allow us to state the effects of some substances, even though they have been confirmed in scientific studies.

The substances in Testament optimize hormonal balance equally well in women as in men. Testamento can be used by women even if they experience some of the effects of estrogen dominance. Ashwagandha, I3C, nettle extract, maca, zinc and vitamin D work together in synergy as substances with a scientifically proven effect on hormonal optimization.

Testamento is suitable for optimizing hormonal balance in women, just as well as BrainMax 3.0 Anabolic Dagger. However, its undisputed advantage is the ease of use in capsules and multiple herbs for reducing estrogen dominance and optimizing hormonal balance.

Brainmax 3.0 Anabolic Dagger is more for pumping, motivation, energy and hormonal optimization for men and women (thanks to the content of zinc , ginseng, tribulus, rhodiola), while the new Brainmax: The will is intended primarily for increasing for men (Thanks to zinc ¹, ashwagandha ²).

How to combine Dagger and Testament

We recommend taking TESTAMENTO on non-training days, and DAGGER before training, and TESTAMENTO before going to bed in the evening!

You can, but you don't have to, combine the two products. You no longer need to take vitamin D3 or zinc with either of them.

Dosage: 4 capsules at a time on non-training days in the morning with food. On training days, take 4 capsules before training. If you use it in combination with Dagger, then it is advisable to take it either in the morning with food or with dinner before going to bed, and always take Dagger before training.

The package contains 120 vegan capsules. 1 dose is contained in 4 capsules. 1 package therefore contains 30 doses.
