Good Night are evening effervescent tablets with melatonin, magnesium, L-theanine and lemon balm extract in a raspberry flavour. One tablet dissolved in 200 ml of water contains 1.9 mg of melatonin, 75 mg of magnesium, 100 mg of L-theanine and 50 mg of lemon balm extract. The pack holds 20 tablets, so 20 evening servings.
- Melatonin 1.9 mg – in a single effervescent tablet.
- Magnesium 75 mg – 20 % NRV; magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
- L-theanine 100 mg – an amino acid from green tea extract.
- Lemon balm 50 mg – herbal extract (Melissa officinalis).
- 20 servings – sugar-free effervescent tablet, raspberry flavour, coloured with beetroot concentrate.
Directions
Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water and drink in the evening, shortly before bedtime. Do not exceed one tablet a day.
