The I'm Vegan certificate is awarded by the Swedish organization Djurens Rätt (Animal Rights), which guarantees that the product is 100% plant-based and no animal ingredients were used in its production. 1. Djurens Rätt was founded in 1882 and is now Sweden's leading animal protection organization. It is a politically independent organization that focuses on increasing animal protection domestically and internationally.
2. Products labeled I'm Vegan must be 100% plant-based. Animal testing is prohibited and no animal ingredients or animal derivatives may be used.
3. To be awarded the certificate, the brand must provide all documentation to 100% verify the origin of the product.
