A unique "multi-vitamin" that I recommend on the basis that it is natural, full of essential vitamins, minerals and important antioxidants, free of ANY major potential allergens and completely FREE of additives. It is made mostly from raw whole foods. Everyone knows that I advocate whole foods and a natural diet and am against the use of synthetics and conventional products. If I recommend something, I take it myself and it's worth it - I always try to make it as close to whole foods or directly from them and as close to the native form of origin as possible, regardless of the cost. 

Ideally, it would be best for you to get all your nutrition from high-quality, unprocessed foods. However, it may not be practical or possible to do this 100% throughout your life, and moreover, today's natural resources in stores are often very problematic. The very lives of some healthy lifestyle gurus, such as the legendary Jack Lalanne and others like him, and their decades of supplementation with high-quality multivitamins have already proven their effectiveness and safety. Any quality multivitamin must be approved as a dietary supplement and not contain potentially toxic amounts of substances if you follow the recommended dosages. I do not recommend taking larger doses of any supplements. Less is always more. 

Personally, I think that vitamins and minerals (and micronutrients in general) should be the first thing a person is interested in for any problem or prevention, and in general if they are interested in their body. It can be said that there are around 80 substances on which our normal functioning depends. The word normal is important because you can function abnormally, just like inanimate things and machines. It's almost funny how people are surprised by many problems when they usually don't provide their bodies with even a tenth of the necessary substances and, on the contrary, flood them with unnecessary ones. 

I would recommend that everyone, in any situation, whether they play sports or not, first focus on taking in everything the body needs, especially quality and essential macronutrients (fats and proteins) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, elements, etc.) and not taking in chemicals, unnecessary things and excess unnecessary things (carbohydrates and sugar in general, artificial substances, etc.). There are, of course, conditions that require the opposite and a deficit - that is, fasting or leaving the body to itself - but these are exceptions.

In my opinion, with vitamins and minerals, it's about quality and form, just like with solid food and macronutrients. Just like the difference in fat intake from, for example, butter vs. margarine. Lard vs sunflower oil, soybean oil vs fish oil, etc. This is the difference in taking, for example, minerals in the form of oxides and carbonates versus chelates or colloids. Most vitamin and mineral supplements on the market are junk, and it will always be best to supplement everything through a solid, quality diet.

Without napkins, I would never tell anyone, nor do I, that a vitamin or mineral supplement is a necessity. Unfortunately, in this day and age of undernourished foods and lack of quality, a top micro-nutrient supplement can be the big difference between a functioning body and a malfunctioning body. And that is a fact, however sad. It is also sad that today's overpopulated society has become disconnected from nature and quality food and does not receive enough necessary substances because soils are overused and demineralized, crops are grown at lightning speed, and conventional economics and agriculture produce only calories for the masses first and micronutrients last. 

I personally recommend and use vitamins only in natural forms (food) - from natural sources and minerals in absorbable form - chelates or colloidal minerals. Most minerals on the market are de facto crushed rock, and vitamins are synthetic substances that are dangerous to the liver and body. If you have the opportunity to eat high-quality vegetables and fruits, fruits of the earth, and healthy animal production, including fats (carriers of natural active forms of B12, A, D and K2), you do not need this or any other micronutrient-based dietary supplement.

NOT A MULTIVITAMIN LIKE A MULTIVITAMIN

You should consider important circumstances. Is your vitamin natural or synthetic? How do you know your synthetic multivitamin is as good as its advertising claims? Are you risking your health by taking their word for it? If you take a multivitamin, you definitely want to know this question. Please don't make the mistake of buying dietary supplements at discount stores or large chains. For example, Dr. Mercola says that this is a classic example of companies primarily using cheap synthetic supplements.

For example, numerous epidemiological studies show that people who eat foods high in beta-carotene have a reduced risk of lung cancer. But when beta-carotene is added artificially, paradoxically, according to a Finnish study, it creates a higher incidence of lung cancer compared to smokers who were not supposed to take beta-carotene.

The authors of a recent review argue that synergies between food components cannot be ignored.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT MULTIVITAMIN

Synthetic alternatives to whole foods are known as "isolates". Your body will only absorb a small percentage of the isolate form of vitamins and minerals – and utilize even less of them (your body absorbs much more from whole foods). Additionally, side effects may occur, depending on the quality of the isolate. There's no point in skimping on a multivitamin. Many stores and online retailers are primarily interested in your money, not your health. And dietary supplements are not their specialty . You probably wouldn't look for nice beef tenderloin medallions in a burger shop, would you? The same attitude should apply to products related to your body.

Dobrý den, optimální dávkování je 8 tablet denně, rozdělených do dvou dávek po 4 - ideálně ráno a večer, vždy užívat s jídlem obsahujícím tuky kvůli rozpustnosti některých vitamínů. Dávkování lze samozřejmě i snížit, pakliže máte perfektně vyváženou stravu.
