In common supplements, it is found, for example, in the form of oxide. This form is of little use to the body, and the reason it is used in common supplements is again its low price. For example, Viridian uses a direct extract from the leaves of the Murraya koenigii plant in its Liquid Iron supplement, which provides iron in 100% natural form.

Free of magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide and shellac

Titanium dioxide, or titanium white, is used as a colorant. You can find it in many pharmaceutical products, common dietary supplements, industrially processed foods, on tennis courts, where white lines are formed around the court, and also on the Saturn V rocket, where it helped as an exterior coating. Magnesium stearate is used as a lubricant - it prevents capsules from seizing on the production line. In combination with water and soap, it forms an insoluble substance, which forms, for example, typical non-removable rings on bathtubs. Shellac is a resin secreted by the female lacquer worm, an insect living in India. Sheets of this resin dissolve in ethyl alcohol to form liquid shellac, which is used as a varnish and glaze. These substances are commonly used in dietary supplements, medicines, and foods. You won't find them in Viridian supplements.

Ecological bottles

Viridian uses amber glass bottles that protect the contents from light and heat. At the same time, they can be recycled or reused. The cap on the bottles is made of recyclable aluminum and the seal on the cap is made of cornstarch – Viridian uses no plastic.

Spirulina is one of the many forms of freshwater algae that grow in warmer, alkaline, but clean water. The name spirulina is derived from the Latin word for "spiral" due to the "curly" structure of the microscopic fibers of this unique algae. Spirulina contains 69% protein, including all essential amino acids.
 

Additionally, Spirulina is one of the few plants that is a source of the bioactive form of vitamin B12. Spirulina also contains high concentrations of other nutrients – amino acids, chelated minerals, pigments, trace elements, the SOD enzyme, essential fatty acids – all in the most usable forms for our body.
 

Spirulina belongs to the group of so-called blue-green algae, thanks to its content of the important pigments chlorophyll (green) and phytocyanin (blue). Spirulina is one of the few blue-green algae that lacks a cellulose cell wall, which is why it is perfectly digestible for our body.

Recommended dosage

Due to its intense detoxifying effect, Soul Food Green may in some cases have accompanying effects, especially at the beginning, such as looser, smelly stools, which is caused by cleansing the intestinal tract (positive effect - removal of impurities). However, with regular dosing, this condition very quickly harmonizes in the desired direction.

Dosage: 1-3 teaspoons daily with food. 
 
Detoxifying peel: optimal length of one peel: 4-6 weeks / We recommend including a regular cleansing peel once every six months. The product can be combined with the following preparations: Viridian Detox Box, Fiber Complex with F.O.S.
 
Standard, long-term dosage: the product can also be dosed without any problems on a long-term basis, as a natural source of important vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, which also optimize the pH of the body. In this range, occasional dosing once a day is sufficient.
 
Note: due to the high concentration, each teaspoon contains approximately 4 g of the mixture = extra high content of active ingredients!! We recommend comparing with other, competing sources, such as dried young green barley, where one teaspoon usually offers only 1-2 grams.
