Nordbo Stress Essentials contains a total of 12 synergistic ingredients - vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, choline, inositol, acid-neutral vitamin C and magnesium (chelate bond). B vitamins have properties related to energy metabolism. They are necessary during periods of great mental and physical stress.
