Bioactive Folate (Vitamin B9) Quatrefolic®

This dietary supplement contains the active form of folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), which the body can utilize immediately upon absorption. Unlike synthetic folic acid, this form does not require enzymatic conversion in the liver, which is crucial for approximately 40% of the population with the MTHFR genetic mutation, who cannot effectively process inactive Vitamin B9.

Folate is essential for maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, proper development of the fetal nervous system, and normal blood formation.
