Magnesium Good Night is an effective natural supplement for insomnia support. It contains an organic form of magnesium - magnesium bisglycinate, where magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine, the effects of which, like those of magnesium, are related to sleep quality and the nervous system. The effect of the supplement is enhanced by chamomile flower extract, which has properties related to anxiety, restlessness, and insomnia. These ingredients are supplemented with vitamin B6.
