How to train with focus mitts
Hold the mitts at shoulder height and meet each punch with a short movement towards it rather than with a stiff palm. Start with simple punches and add combinations gradually. Whoever is punching should wear gloves and hand wraps.

Is it sold as a pair?
Yes, you get a left and a right mitt.
How do they differ from the leather version?
The leather Curved mitts also have a hook-and-loop strap for an even firmer hold on the hand. The dimensions and two-layer padding are the same.
Can I use them for kicks too?
Focus mitts are mainly for punches. For kicks, use a Thai pad or a kick shield.
Care
After training, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let the equipment dry at room temperature, not on a radiator or in direct sunlight. It's not machine washable.

Dutch combat sports gear since 1978
Super Pro started out in Rotterdam in 1978 as one of the first combat sports shops in the Netherlands. Today it is a European brand nicknamed “The Champion's Choice”, kitting out kickboxers, Muay Thai fighters, boxers and MMA athletes from their first session all the way to the professional ring.
In the late 1990s kickboxing coach Dennis Krauweel took over the brand and expanded it across Europe. The gloves are made in Thailand from Thai leather with multi-layer padding, and the gear is developed together with coaches and world champions. How to choose your size
For boxing gloves, the size in oz is the weight of one glove: choose by your body weight and try them on with hand wraps. For shin guards, go by shin length; for the head guard, by head circumference. Every product has its own size guide.
