How to hang the ball
The ball is fixed between the ceiling and the floor, or between two other solid points. If you don't already have hooks fitted, you'll need to anchor into the ceiling and floor with fixings suited to them. The tension of the attachments determines how fast the ball comes back.

What's in the box?
A leather ball with top and bottom attachments. The top one is slightly shorter, which puts the ball at the right height.
Is it the same as a speed bag?
No. A speed bag hangs from the top only and you hit it in a rhythm. A double end ball is attached at the top and bottom, rebounds unpredictably after each hit and mainly trains reactions and accuracy.
Can I train with it on my own?
Yes, a double end ball is ideal for solo training at home or in the gym.
Care
Wipe the leather with a damp cloth and let the ball dry at room temperature. Before training, check both attachments and their anchor points.

Dutch combat sports gear since 1978
Super Pro started out in Rotterdam in 1978 as one of the first combat sports shops in the Netherlands. Today it is a European brand nicknamed “The Champion's Choice”, kitting out kickboxers, Muay Thai fighters, boxers and MMA athletes from their first session all the way to the professional ring.
In the late 1990s kickboxing coach Dennis Krauweel took over the brand and expanded it across Europe. The gloves are made in Thailand from Thai leather with multi-layer padding, and the gear is developed together with coaches and world champions. How to choose your size
For boxing gloves, the size in oz is the weight of one glove: choose by your body weight and try them on with hand wraps. For shin guards, go by shin length; for the head guard, by head circumference. Every product has its own size guide.
