How to train with focus mitts
Tighten the hook-and-loop strap so the mitt stays on even without gripping the ball hard. Your hand stays relaxed and you can meet each punch with a short movement towards it. Whoever is punching should wear gloves and hand wraps.

How do they differ from the PU version?
The leather mitts are made from hard-wearing leather and also have a hook-and-loop strap for a firmer hold. The PU version costs less and suits beginners and advanced users alike.
How do I look after the leather?
Wipe them with a damp cloth after training and leave them to dry at room temperature. Radiator heat dries leather out and makes it crack.
Care
After training, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let the equipment dry at room temperature, not on a radiator or in direct sunlight. It's not machine washable.

Dutch combat sports gear since 1978
Super Pro started out in Rotterdam in 1978 as one of the first combat sports shops in the Netherlands. Today it is a European brand nicknamed “The Champion's Choice”, kitting out kickboxers, Muay Thai fighters, boxers and MMA athletes from their first session all the way to the professional ring.
In the late 1990s kickboxing coach Dennis Krauweel took over the brand and expanded it across Europe. The gloves are made in Thailand from Thai leather with multi-layer padding, and the gear is developed together with coaches and world champions. How to choose your size
For boxing gloves, the size in oz is the weight of one glove: choose by your body weight and try them on with hand wraps. For shin guards, go by shin length; for the head guard, by head circumference. Every product has its own size guide.
