How many pads you need
The pad is sold individually. For Muay Thai training, the coach holds a pad on each forearm, so people usually buy two. Before training, tighten both hook-and-loop straps so the pad doesn't slip when kicked.
FAQ
Is the price for one pad or a pair?
For one pad. Training usually calls for a pair, so order 2.
How does it differ from focus mitts?
A Thai pad is worn on the forearm and can take kicks as well. Focus mitts are smaller and suited to fast boxing combinations.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes, the manufacturer recommends it for all levels. Whoever holds the pad should know the basics of catching strikes, so they can absorb punches and kicks by moving with them.
Care
After training, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let the equipment dry at room temperature, not on a radiator or in direct sunlight. It's not machine washable.

Dutch combat sports gear since 1978
Super Pro started out in Rotterdam in 1978 as one of the first combat sports shops in the Netherlands. Today it is a European brand nicknamed “The Champion's Choice”, kitting out kickboxers, Muay Thai fighters, boxers and MMA athletes from their first session all the way to the professional ring.
In the late 1990s kickboxing coach Dennis Krauweel took over the brand and expanded it across Europe. The gloves are made in Thailand from Thai leather with multi-layer padding, and the gear is developed together with coaches and world champions. The brand ambassador is Rico Verhoeven, GLORY heavyweight champion. BJP Store is the official Super Pro partner in the Czech Republic.
