Furostanol sterols – 625 mg per serving

Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-gaecum) has been used in sports nutrition for a long time, however, as always, the content of active ingredients is important. Just as the content of the steroidal saponin protodioscin is important in the ergogen Tribulus Terrestris, the content of the so-called furostanol (Fenugreek) sterols, which belong to the above-mentioned family of steroidal saponins, is important in the ergogen Fenugreek. The best known furostanol sterols include: yamogenin, gitogenin, tigogenin, smilagenin, sarsasapogenin, neotigenin, yuccagenin, lilagenin, and neogitogenin. TestoFusion contains a 50% extract with 625 mg of furostanol (Fenugreek) sterols in each serving!

Mineral additive in the form of chelates – the most expensive form of minerals, maximum usability.

Important minerals: zinc and copper are represented in an exclusive chelate form. A chelate represents the binding of a mineral to two "carriers", usually amino acids, where it is clamped in so-called pliers (chelate = pliers) in the sense of: AMINO ACID – MINERAL – AMINO ACID. In other words, chelate means the binding of one mineral to two amino acids or organic acids. This makes chelates significantly different from standard organic and inorganic forms. A chelate is an organic form of a mineral in which the mineral is incorporated into the leaves of plants and other organisms (see spinach, lettuce, etc.). For this reason, this form is the most suitable for our body in terms of absorption and utilization.

Dosage: Non-training days: 2 capsules 2 times a day with food. Training days: 3 capsules 1-2 hours before training and 2 capsules in the evening before bed. Take the 5+2 system = 5 days of 5 capsules + 2 days off. Maximum duration of the peel is 6 weeks, then a 3-week break before repeated use. Drink plenty of water.
The manufacturer's dosage is adjusted according to Czech legislation.
