Good Morning are effervescent tablets with B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc in an orange flavour. One 4 g tablet dissolves in 200 ml of water and delivers 400 mg of vitamin C, 56 mg of magnesium, 9 mg of zinc and eight B vitamins. The pack holds 20 tablets, so 20 servings – one for every morning.
- B vitamins – B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folate and biotin; they contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin C 400 mg – 500 % NRV; contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness.
- Magnesium 56 mg – 15 % NRV; contributes to normal muscle function and to electrolyte balance.
- Zinc 9 mg – 90 % NRV; contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- PABA 100 mg – para-aminobenzoic acid in every tablet.
- 20 servings – sugar-free effervescent tablet coloured with beetroot concentrate.
Directions
Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water. Take one tablet a day, ideally in the morning.
