Choosing and using
The oz figure is the weight of one glove, not a hand measurement. Treat the chart as a guide and check the required sparring weight with your coach first. Try the gloves with wraps: you should be able to form a comfortable fist and secure the wrist without painful pressure.

|---|---|
| 45–55 kg | 10 oz |
| 55–65 kg | 12 oz |
| 65–85 kg | 14 oz |

Frequently asked questions
Why choose Champ rather than a leather model?
Champ is an entry-level PU model for beginner and recreational training. Warrior, Legend and Thai-Pro offer leather outers and different padding constructions; the fit on your hand still matters.
Can I use them for sparring?
Your coach should assess the glove weight and padding condition for the planned contact. Neither the model name nor the oz figure guarantees suitability for every sparring session.
Do I need hand wraps underneath?
Yes, the manufacturer recommends wraps or inner gloves. Include this layer when checking the fit because it changes the space inside the glove.
Care and safe use
Open the fastenings after training and let the equipment dry outside your bag. Wipe with a lightly damp cloth; do not machine wash or dry on a radiator or in direct sun. Check seams, fastenings and padding regularly. Do not use damaged equipment and follow the product's care instructions.

Super Pro: equipment to match your training
Super Pro equips punching, kicking and gripping practice for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA. Choose from first gloves through protective gear to pads for coached sessions, guided by the type of training, correct fit and the construction of each model.
The brand has been active in martial arts since 1978 and, according to the manufacturer, develops its products with coaches and competitors. Its leather and synthetic models let you compare material, padding and fastening as well as appearance.
Which range suits your training?
- Starting out and recreational boxing
Champ has a PU outer and one-piece padding. Talent is the children's range, with its own junior weight guide.
- Regular training in leather gloves
buffalo leather Warrior, four-layer Legend and Thai-Pro with a construction developed in Thailand.
- MMA and gripping drills
leather Slugger and Striker or synthetic Brawler. An open construction does not automatically make a glove suitable for every sparring session.
- Kicks and checks
PU Protector, leather Guardian or cotton-covered Savior. Add Legionnaire headgear, a groin guard and ankle supports as your training requires.
- Preparing your hands
conventional wraps for a customised wrapping pattern, or inner gloves with an integrated wrap for quicker preparation.
- Working with a coach
Curved focus mitts for precision and combinations, a forearm Thai pad and a kick shield for a larger target. Use the Double End Ball for timing and coordination.
- Clothing for kicks
satin Brave shorts with mesh panels or Skull with a bold graphic, both with side slits and a drawcord waist.
Start with the activity, then check the fit
For boxing gloves, oz is the weight of one glove, not hand size. Try them with wraps and check sparring requirements with your coach. For protective gear, consider shin length or head circumference and the actual fit in motion. Check pad quantities too: Curved focus mitts come as a pair, while the Thai pad is sold individually.
