This zero-sugar electrolyte drink with a refreshing citrus flavour provides the body with key electrolytes in an evidence-based ratio: 500 mg sodium, 190 mg potassium and 30 mg magnesium per 330 ml can. No sugar, no artificial sweeteners — sweetened exclusively with enzymatically produced steviol glycosides.
Sodium helps maintain fluid and electrolyte balance in the body by retaining water and aiding hydration through osmosis.
