Himalayan Shilajit is a 100% natural substance resembling organic tar/tar, but created from the remains of compressed forests (including fauna) of the Indian continent, which crashed into Asia more than 50 million years ago and, together with the rock mass of the mountains, transformed over time into nutrient- and mineral-rich biomass that springs from the mountain rock in the summer months. - steaming with fresh spring water to gently decontaminate Shilajit from any possible unwanted soil bacteria or spores
- subsequent use of organic moringa seeds to purify Shilajit from all possible unwanted heavy metals. Although Shilajit at these altitudes (4-5 thousand m.m.) and relatively untouched locations has minimal chance of containing heavy metals or other pollution, it always contains some, and there is also a theory of secondary toxicity, which is why double safety steps and analyses are performed on the highest quality shilajit. According to international scientific research, moringa seeds can remove heavy metals from liquid without changing its natural taste and properties. This method is used, among other things, in India to purify drinking water in urban waterworks. This step is carried out very precisely and carefully because, apart from the best and highest collection location, it is thanks to it that the resulting Shilajit is absolutely virginally pure, like no other.
- After thorough decontamination and purification, Shilajit is separated from the spring water and purified by filtration, a process repeated several times. Multiple filters are used to perform this step. It is a known fact that the vast majority of Shilajit on the market is not purified or filtered properly. Some manufacturers and their marketing even go so far as to present this as an advantage of the product (unfiltered) - the result is only a potentially toxic, contaminated product of dubious quality, produced in a hurry. To check the quality of Shilajit's basic cleaning, simply place a very small amount between your front teeth and squeeze. If your Shilajit is not properly cleaned, you will feel a certain graininess. Well-filtered Shilajit is very fine and has an incredibly strong aroma and taste.
- Subsequently, to obtain the final semi-liquid "thera" form, the shilajit is long-dried in the sun for 3-4 weeks at a temperature of 40°C to preserve its highest quality. It is important to note that almost 99% of Shilajit products on the market are boiled at this stage, as this is a quick and inexpensive way to produce the final resin from the filtrate. However, cooking significantly reduces its quality. Moreover, exposure to such high temperatures, which degrade the contents, is very unnatural for Shilajit as a substance, as it comes from cold mountain regions.

HOW SHILAJIT IS USED (ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA)
Take a pea-sized amount (300 mg - 500 mg) with a non-metallic spoon and dissolve it in warm (heated) drinking filtered water (chlorine-free) and drink on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before meals if shilajit is taken before). If you want to further increase the energy level of the elixir, it is recommended to add one teaspoon of honey. Therapeutically, it is recommended to drink one clove of garlic with honey, crushed into small pieces, with Shilajit liquid.
Himalayan Shilajit can also be used with tea during the day without adding sugar (always just honey).
According to Ayurveda, Shilajit can also be taken with warm milk and honey an hour before bedtime.
If you don't like the aroma and taste of shilajit, Ayurveda recommends hiding it in a spoonful of rice or any food and eating normally + drinking a glass of water. However, the effectiveness is highest when used alone and on an empty stomach.
Measure your tolerance and the effect of shilajit on yourself personally with this basic amount and only then increase the dose accordingly as needed. Take before or after any strenuous physical/mental activity, or first thing in the morning before breakfast.
After three weeks to a month of continuous use, it is recommended to discontinue shilajit for at least a week.
Shilajit has the most "magical effect" on an empty stomach and with the longest possible gap from the last meal (after fasting).
