Instant Oats 1 kg in chocolate flavour is a finely milled instant oat flour that only needs stirring into water or milk. A 100 g serving (two scoops) delivers 60 g of carbohydrate and 13 g of protein, and the 1 kg bag holds 10 servings. The ingredient list has just four items – oats, cocoa, flavouring and sweetener.
- 60 g of carbohydrate per serving – oat carbs as the base of breakfast or a post-training meal.
- 13 g of protein per serving – naturally from oats.
- 10 servings per bag – a 100 g serving, that is two scoops.
- Finely milled oat flour – mixes without lumps and needs no cooking.
- 0.7 g of sugars per 100 g – no added sugar, sweetened with sucralose.
Directions
Mix 100 g (two scoops) with 200–300 ml of cold water or milk. You can add it to a smoothie or a protein drink, cook it as porridge or use it for baking. Take 1–2 servings a day, after training or between meals.
