Protein Muffin 75 g with chocolate and caramel is a baked protein muffin with 10 g of protein per piece. One muffin has 287 kcal and only 3 g of sugars, with a white-chocolate-and-caramel cream inside and chocolate chips in the batter. A sweet snack with coffee, in your backpack or after training.
