Rice protein is very digestible and absorbable, and has an almost perfect amino acid spectrum. However, one amino acid remains low in it - it is lysine, which, on the other hand, is abundant in pea protein. The combination of these two proteins therefore creates a complex amino acid spectrum, where there is enough of all BCAAs and other amino acids.
