Magnesium L-threonate (Magtein®) by Dr. Mercola is a patented form of magnesium designed specifically for brain support. It is the only form of magnesium proven to cross the blood-brain barrier, increasing magnesium levels directly in the brain. Each daily dose (3 capsules) provides 2000 mg Magtein®, equivalent to 144 mg elemental magnesium. Ultra-pure formula free from fillers, GMOs, colorants and preservatives. Capsules are packaged using Licaps® technology for oxidation protection.
