Whey Protein 350 g by PULS nutrition is a whey protein with a double chocolate flavour in a smaller pack of 11 servings – one 30 g dose holds 21.9 g of protein. It is the same formula as the 1 kg tub, just in a size you can test first or throw into a backpack. Pick it when you want to make sure the taste suits you before buying the big tub.

Dosage
Mix 30 g (about one scoop) with 200–250 ml of cold water or milk and shake. Take 1–3 servings a day, ideally right after training or between meals during the day. Do not exceed 3 servings a day.
