Whey Protein Lactose Free is a lactose free whey protein with a chocolate flavour – one 30 g serving holds 22.1 g of protein and zero grams of lactose. The 550 g pack covers 18 servings. Lactose is broken down enzymatically during production, so the shake does not sit heavy even if you are intolerant. When ordinary whey does not agree with you, this is the logical swap.

Dosage
Mix 30 g (about one scoop) with 200–250 ml of cold water or milk and shake. Take 1–3 servings a day, ideally after training or between meals during the day. Do not exceed 3 servings a day.
