Micellar Casein 500 g in chocolate is a micellar casein from the Finnish brand PULS nutrition – a slow-digesting milk protein with 20 g of protein in one 30 g serving. The tub holds 16 servings. Casein mixes into a thicker shake in water or milk, so you reach for it in the evening or between meals when a longer gap without food is ahead. The chocolate version uses low-fat cocoa powder and sucralose.

Dosage
Mix 30 g (roughly one scoop) into 250 ml of cold water or milk, ideally in a shaker. Take 1–3 servings a day – after training, before bed or between meals during the day. Do not exceed 3 servings a day.
