Omega-3 fatty acids are among the most important building blocks in the body — 20% of brain fat is DHA. Arctic Blue® Omega-3 in a 150 ml bottle is a pure Arctic fish oil from wild-caught cod in the Norwegian and Barents Sea, some of the cleanest waters in the world. Each daily dose (5 ml) delivers 450 mg DHA, 380 mg EPA and 10 µg vitamin D3 (200% NRV) — equivalent to the omega-3 content of half a fish.

The oil is in natural triglyceride form — exactly how fats naturally occur in fish. Unlike cheaper ethyl esters, the triglyceride form is stable, well-absorbed and free from unpleasant aftertaste. Thanks to extremely low oxidation (Totox value well below 1/3 of the European standard), the oil is completely free of fishy smell and with natural orange flavour it can be comfortably consumed straight from a spoon, in yoghurt, smoothie or cold food.

The oil is produced exclusively from cod fillet offcuts — not from whole ground fish. It holds MSC certification (Marine Stewardship Council), guaranteeing ethical and sustainable fishing. It is tested for over 200 chemicals including heavy metals, PCBs and dioxins and manufactured to GMP standards. The result is an extremely pure fish oil suitable for children and pregnant women too. Directions for Use

Children 1–5 years: 2.5 ml daily. Children 6+ and adults: 5 ml (1 scoop) daily. Take during or after a meal. Pack contains 150 ml = 30 servings × 5 ml.
