Arctic Blue® Fish Collagen is a premium enzymatically hydrolysed type I marine collagen from the skin of wild-caught cod, supplied by leading Nordic producer Seagarden Norway. Ingredients: fish hydrolysed collagen powder (>90% peptide content), acerola powder, natural flavouring, colourant betanin, sweetener steviol glycosides.
Directions for Use
Mix 5 g (1 scoop) with 200 ml of water or juice, or stir into yoghurt or smoothie. Stir until fully dissolved. Drink immediately. Take once daily. Pack contains 150 g = 30 servings.
