Pre-Workout by PULS nutrition is a raspberry-flavoured effervescent tablet you drop into water before training. Two tablets give you 200 mg caffeine, 1000 mg beta-alanine, 400 mg L-arginine and 400 mg taurine. The tube holds 20 tablets (80 g), which works out to 10 two-tablet servings. Handy when you do not want to carry powder or a shaker to the gym – water and a glass are enough.
- 200 mg caffeine – per two tablets, roughly two strong cups of coffee.
- 1000 mg beta-alanine – a standard pre-workout serving; it can cause temporary skin tingling (paraesthesia).
- L-arginine and taurine – 400 mg of each per two tablets.
- Plant extracts – 100 mg green tea, 50 mg ginseng, 5 mg black pepper plus 50 mg L-tyrosine.
- Effervescent format – dissolves in 300 ml of water, no lumps and no shaker to wash.
- 10 servings per tube – raspberry flavour sweetened with sucralose, no sugar.
Dosage
Dissolve 2 tablets in 300 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Take no more than 2 effervescent tablets per day.

Warning
