Pre-Workout Complex in tropical fruit is a pre-workout powder that puts 180 mg caffeine, 2 g L-citrulline, 2 g arginine AKG, 2 g beta-alanine, 2 g creatine and 1 g taurine into a single 15 g serving. The 300 g tub covers 20 servings. It is a concentrated blend for anyone who would rather have the usual pre-workout ingredients in one shaker than in five separate tubs.
- 180 mg caffeine per serving – from caffeine and guarana extract (190 mg).
- 2 g L-citrulline and 2 g arginine AKG – the amino acids at the core of the blend.
- 2 g beta-alanine – in the full daily serving, no splitting into portions.
- 2 g creatine and 1 g taurine – rounding out the 15 g serving.
- 20 servings per tub – 300 g of powder, 15 g into 300 ml of water.
- Tropical fruit flavour – sweetened with sucralose, no added sugar.
Dosage
Mix 15 g with 300 ml of water and drink once a day before training. The 300 g tub holds 20 servings. Do not combine with other caffeine sources.
