Pre-Workout Shot cola is a ready-to-drink 60 ml bottle you take half an hour before training – one serving carries 200 mg caffeine, 2 g beta-alanine and 2 g arginine AKG. Nothing to mix or measure, the bottle fits in a pocket, and the strong cola flavour covers the bitterness of the actives. The formula is sugar free and adds vitamins B6 and B12 at 100% of the nutrient reference value.
- 200 mg caffeine – per bottle; high caffeine content.
- 2 g beta-alanine – a full serving in one shot; may cause temporary skin tingling.
- 2 g arginine AKG 2:1 – arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, a common pre-workout ingredient.
- Vitamins B6 and B12 – contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Sugar free – sweetened with acesulfame K, sucralose and steviol glycosides.
- 1 serving per pack – 60 ml bottle, ready to drink, easy to keep in your gym bag.
Dosage
Shake before use and drink 1 bottle 30 minutes before training. Do not take more than one bottle per day.

Water, arginine AKG, beta-alanine, acidity regulator (citric acid, malic acid), caffeine, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), flavouring, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
