BJP Vitamin D3 + K2 + K1 is a balanced complex with a high dose of vitamin D3 (4000 IU), vitamin K2 in the MK-7 form (Kappa VITAL®) and vitamin K1, complemented with sunflower lecithin as a natural carrier of fat-soluble vitamins. One capsule daily – ideal for all adults who spend little time in the sun, train intensively or want to get through the dark months of the year.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to the maintenance of normal muscle function and to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with a meal containing fat, and drink plenty of water.
Notice
Food supplement. For adults only. The daily dose of 100 µg of vitamin D corresponds to the tolerable upper intake level for adults (EFSA) – do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Taking other food supplements containing vitamin D at the same time may lead to exceeding the safe daily intake – do not combine without consulting a doctor. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. People on anticoagulant therapy (blood-thinning medication, e.g. warfarin) should consult their doctor before use – vitamin K may reduce the effectiveness of this treatment. Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of small children.
